SONAX PROFILINE EXCUT 05-05 (1L) ABRASIVE SANDING PASTE

Abrasive sanding paste for eccentric sanding of scratched or locally sanded paint layers. Intense stripping while achieving a high degree of gloss. Removes sanded areas up to P1500. Eliminates deep scratches and marks caused by bird droppings, insects, and tree resin. Silicone-free and low dust.
Product Application
Shake the bottle before use. Depending on the size of the backing plate (125 or 150 mm) of the polisher used, apply the product to the SONAX hard orbital polishing pad 143 DA (04934000) or the SONAX hard orbital polishing pad 165 DA (04934410) and polish at medium speed for approx. 20 seconds, slightly tilting the machine if necessary. The SONAX hybrid wool pad (04938000) can be used for deep scratches, but the gloss level achieved in the polished area will be lower. Then continue polishing at high speed and low pressure for about 40 seconds. Next, apply new product to the pad and make another pass of polishing. The indicated times refer to one pass of polishing on a surface of approximately 1 square meter of medium hardness paint. Remove residues with SONAX soft touch microfiber cloth (04510000). Then finish polishing with SONAX PROFILINE EX 04-06 (02423000). Clean polishing pads regularly and never use different polishing agents on the same pad. Do not use on hot surfaces.
