Lubricant for Renault diesel engines with DPF, specifically designed for the latest generation of diesel engines with particulate filters (DPF) from the Renault group (Renault, Dacia, Samsung) that require an approved Renault RN0720 oil and comply with Euro 4, 5, or 6 emission standards for 2.2L DCI engines with DPF. Only use the approved Renault RN0710 product, such as Motul 8100 X-Clean 5W-40, Motul 8100 X-Cess 5W-40, or Motul 6100 Synergie 10W-40. The Renault RN0720 standard also applies to Renault Laguna III 1.5L DCI vehicles without DPF manufactured before October 2008 and Renault Kangoo II 1.5L DCI vehicles without DPF manufactured before June 2008. Renault has developed the RN0720 standard for oils capable of withstanding the most severe thermal restrictions, along with compatibility with modern after-treatment systems. The 100% synthetic base provides high thermal stability and ensures exceptional resistance to high temperatures, preventing varnish and sludge to maintain engine cleanliness, reducing the risk of ring sticking. Maximum protection and performance of the lubricant is preserved even under the most severe conditions. Low volatility for reduced oil consumption and excellent oxidation resistance of the oil to ensure prolonged oil change intervals as established by the vehicle manufacturer. It meets the strictest performance and durability requirements through the long-life validation test (Renault LLR). Except for the 2.2L DCI engine with DPF, the Renault RN0720 standard applies to all Renault vehicles equipped with diesel engines with DPF and also to Renault Laguna III 1.5L DCI vehicles without DPF manufactured before October 2008 and Kangoo II 1.5 DCI vehicles without DPF manufactured before June 2008. Based on the Renault RN0720 standard, the Mercedes-Benz MB 22651 specification requires lubricants for engines capable of meeting the most severe thermal restrictions and being compatible with modern after-treatment systems. At the same time, the MB 22651 standard applies to all Renault diesel engines with DPF that equip Mercedes vehicles and require this standard. Recommendations: Drain interval, consult the manufacturer's recommendations and adjust it to your use. Do not mix with oils not approved by RN0720.
