COLD ZINC COATING TZ226 ML 400

Protects welds on galvanized surfaces or on ferrous materials, indoors or outdoors, underground or above ground. Ready-to-use monocomponent with a very high content of pure zinc. Zinc, in microscopic particles, strongly adheres to the metal surface, forming a protective barrier against rust and corrosion. In addition, when it comes into contact with air, it forms a superficial layer of zinc oxide that provides additional protection: a double protection barrier. It forms a resistant, elastic and crack-free film that can be left as is or overcoated. Layer thickness: 15/20 microns. Yield: 2/2.5 m2 per can. Drying time: approximately 15/20 minutes. Handling time: approx. 24 hours. Temperature resistant up to approx. +150°C.
