The main element of every lighting set is its light source. The use of brand diodes properly selected for the project guarantees their reliability and high efficiency. OSRAM opto-semiconductors provide the best performance from one watt of power, while maintaining adequate thermal properties. The high reproducibility of the produced diodes, adequate production standards and strict quality control have a great impact on the final quality not only of the diodes themselves, but also of the entire product.

-Design and manufacturing of European machinery
The precise assembly of diodes using modern SMT machines directly on the copper heat conductor and their correct location in relation to other elements directly affects the durability of the product. SMT machines are characterized by the speed of applying diodes, which is an important element in mass production, but the most important feature is mainly reliability and self-monitoring using macro cameras and X-rays.

-Thermo-conductivity
The heat transfer technology developed based on heat pipe technology and mounting the diode directly on the copper without the PCB ensures the most efficient heat distribution. Heat transfer takes place directly from the diode through the copper core to the aluminum radiators in the form of strips. All of this has been carefully designed to dissipate accumulated heat in the best possible way.

-Microprocessor
The product is equipped with advanced microprocessor control electronics with appropriate protections.
Appropriate filters, stabilizers, surge protections, anti-interference protections and starting voltage control system are responsible for safety and trouble-free operation.

H7 LED assembly designed to convert the original yellow light of the headlight into crystal clear white light with a cool glow. The set provides 200% more brightness compared to the original installation.
The product uses SMD type LEDs, based on a high-performance multi-chip, this affects two aspects of the performance of the light source:
*More visibility: higher light output, more light on the edges of the road
*A more concentrated light flow: up to 5000 lumens.
With a perfectly designed light pattern, LED bulbs do not dazzle other traffic users, the light is not scattered, too short and there are no "dead spots" on the road.
